Born with a passion for learning and teaching, Ms. Ade Patricia embarked on an academic journey that would shape her future as a distinguished educationist. The foundation of this journey was laid at the prestigious Presby Women’s College of Education, where she earned a Diploma in Education. This initial foray into the world of education sparked a fire that would drive her to pursue excellence in teaching and administration.
Ms Patricia’s s thirst for knowledge and desire to make a meaningful impact in the education sector led to further academic pursuits. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and foundations of Education was obtained from UCC, providing a deep understanding of human behavior, cognition, and learning. This foundation in psychology and foundation of education has enabled her to develop effective strategies for supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
Additionally, it provided her a comprehensive understanding of the philosophical, historical, and social contexts of education. This knowledge has been invaluable in informing her approach to teaching, learning, and educational leadership.
Ms. Patricia Ade also pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which further enhanced her understanding of human behaviour and interaction in the workplace. This expertise has been instrumental in fostering positive relationships among students, teachers, and staff.
To enhance her ability to support the holistic development of students, she also acquired a Certification in Counselling. This qualification has enabled her to provide guidance and support to children and adolescents, helping them navigate the challenges of learning and development.
Currently, Ms Patricia is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Development Education, further solidifying her position as an expert in education. This ongoing academic endeavour reflects her commitment to staying at the forefront of educational research,best practices, and policy formulation in education.
With over 15 years of experience in teaching,administration, and Human Resources Management, she has established Herself as a highly respected and accomplished education professional.
Throughout Her career, she has demonstrated a keen ability to drive innovation and excellence in educational settings.
Her leadership and administration skills have been instrumental in shaping the academic success and personal growth of students wherever she worked.
